We are pleased to inform you that the Psychoanalytical Society of Serbia is continuing the cycle of workshops as part of the continuous education of professionals with a degree in the area of mental health, with the aim of their acquiring and expanding knowledge in the field of psychoanalysis and psychoanalytic psychotherapy.
The cycle is titled “Contemporary Psychoanalysis in Theory and Practice”. Through lectures, the participants will have the opportunity to become conversant with both basic and contemporary psychoanalytical concepts. Also, through supervision groups in which the candidates of the Psychoanalytical Society of Serbia will present their work and analysts supervise, the participants will be able to see the practical application of theoretical concepts.
Special emphasis will be placed on the opportunity for the participants to take an active part in the segment: “Discussion of participants’ clinical material” where they will be able to present their case reports, examples and dilemmas from clinical practice and have active support of the supervisors.
The cycle consists of 4 workshops, each of which will have the same structure and timetable, with the length of each workshop being 7 hours.
- The first workshop was held on December 3, 2022, and the topic of an introductory lecture was “Basic Concepts of Psychoanalysis-an Introduction”. The lecturer was Aleksandar Kontić.
- The second workshop will be held on February 4, 2023; the topic of an introductory lecture is “The Unconscious in Clinical Practice”, the lecturer is Aleksandar Kontić.
- TThe third workshop will be held on April 1, 2023; the topic of an introductory lecture is: “Analytical Listening and Interpretations”, the lecturer is Nina Popadić.
- The fourth workshop will take place on June 10, 2023; the topic of an introductory lecture is: “Transference and Countertransference”, the lecturer is Sandra Simić.
The participation fee is 6000 dinars per workshop. Registration for one or more workshops is possible, without the option of payments refund.
Participants will receive certificate of participation.
Number of participants is limited.
