Psychoanalytical Society of Serbia announces the First Training Weekend -Outstanding Contemporary Psychoanalysts, featuring the distinguished psychoanalyst and lecturer Dr. Virginia Ungar.
The seminar will take place on Saturday, June 13, 2026, via Zoom, where we will have the opportunity for indepth professional discussion and the exchange of clinical and theoretical insights in an international setting.

About Dr. Virginia Ungar

- Training Analyst at the Buenos Aires Psychoanalytic Association (APdeBA).
- President of the International Psychoanalytical Association (2017–2021) – first non-European to hold this role.
- Internationally recognized for pioneering work in child and adolescent psychoanalysis, leadership in expanding psychoanalysis globally, and contributions to understanding violence and non-verbal material in clinical work.
- Awards: Konex Platinum Award (2016), Sigourney Award (2023).
- Author and editor of numerous works including Psychoanalytic Perspectives on a Changing World.
