Jan Abram, newly elected President of EPF, paid a visit to PSS from April 25th-28th, 2024.
The first clinical workshop in child and adolescent psychoanalysis was held on April 6, 2024. A large number of attendees (over 50), a lively, exciting working atmosphere in which all participants actively contributed to their associations made this workshop particularly interesting.
It is with great pleasure that The Psychoanalytical Society of Serbia announces the upcoming visit of Jan Abram to Belgrade.
On November the 18th 2023, the International Conference “Why Violence” was held, supported by the Austrian Cultural Forum from Belgrade. The Conference attracted a large number of psychotherapists from various modalities, as well as those interested in this field.

The Psychoanalytical Society of Serbia is very pleased to announce the project On Violence consisting of a one-day conference “Why violence”, which will be followed by a special exhibition of the Sigmund Freud Museum in Vienna “Narrating violence. A Comic Exhibition”.
On the occasion of organizing the X Summer School of Psychoanalysis, the Psychoanalytic Society of Serbia published the monograph containing texts from the previous nine Summer Schools, chosen by the authors themselves who participated in these Schools. The monograph also includes the works of deceased colleagues.
The Thinking on the Border conference, the third in a row, was held in Istanbul at the beginning of June this year. The organizers were Istanbul Psychoanalytic Association and Istanbul Psychoanalytic Association for Training, Development and Research (PSIKE), in coordination with the international team of this conference.
The 4th clinical workshop from the series “Contemporary psychoanalysis in theory and practice” was held. After an inspiring and instructive introductory lecture by training analyst Nina Popadić entitled “Analytical listening and interpretations”.
